My website runs on Shopify and the following is the privacy statement that they practice. When you have the time, feel free to read it. 

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.salventius.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

DO NOT TRACK
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

ART PURCHASE POLICY

Thank you for supporting my art! Each piece I create is a unique, one-of-a-kind work, and I pour a lot of care and attention into every detail. I want you to love your new artwork as much as I loved creating it.

SHIPPING

I take great care to ensure that your artwork is shipped safely and securely. I use high-quality materials and trusted carriers to protect your piece during transit. My goal is to deliver your art to you in perfect condition, just as I created it.

RETURNS

Because each piece is unique, I generally do not accept returns. However, I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your artwork arrives damaged or if there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

EXCEPTIONS

In rare cases, I may consider returns on an individual basis. If a return is approved, the artwork needs to be sent back in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of our agreement. Please note that you would be responsible for the return shipping costs, and I’ll issue a refund once I receive and inspect the piece.

DAMAGE OR ISSUES

If your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out to me right away with photos of the damage and the packaging. I’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that’s a refund or something else that makes sense.
